PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunks type diaper where leakage is prevented and which is comfortable to wear.
SOLUTION: The trunks type diaper 100 is provided with: an abdominal side part 11 positioned on the abdominal side of a wearing person a back side part 12 positioned on the back side a crotch part 13 positioned at the crotch of the wearing person between them a diaper body part 2 forming leg periphery parts 14 at two places positioned at the peripheries of the legs of the wearing person on both sides in the width direction of the crotch part 13 and an absorptive body part 1 fitted to the diaper body part 2. The diaper body part 2 is provided with: a front side elastic member 141 curved in the state of a curved line extending from one leg periphery part 14 on the side of the abdominal part 11 to the other leg surrounding part 14 on the same side so as to project to the side of the back side part 12 at the crotch part 13 and a rear side elastic member 142 curved in the state of a curved line extending from one of the leg periphery part 14 on the side of the back part 12 through the other leg periphery part 14 on the same side so as to project to the side of the abdominal side part 12 at the crotch part 13.
