PURPOSE: A bearing unit for the protecting cover of a brush cutter is provided to enable a blade to stably rotate without shaking while closely adhering to a worktable. CONSTITUTION: A bearing unit for the protecting cover of a brush cutter (20) comprises a pivot support (10) which consists of a cylinder part for supporting a driving axis and a platform for supporting a bearing while fixing the cylinder, and includes a male screw formed on the end of the cylinder part a bearing (12) containing the cylinder part of the pivot support and inserted into the platform a bearing-fixing part (18) having a female screw formed to connect with the male screw. The pivot support and the bearing-fixing part are screw-combined on the top of the bearing. The pivot support has the form of a hexagon-headed bolt and consists of a hexagonal platform for supporting the cylinder part with a male screw formed. The bearing-fixing part has the form of a hexagon nut with a spiral inside the hole of the nut formed to correspond to the male screw of the pivot support.베어링의 교환이 쉽고, 칼날이 흔들림 없이 안정되게 회전 가능한 예초기 안전판용 베어링 유닛을 제시한다. 그 베어링 유닛은 구동축을 지지하는 원통부와 원통부를 고정하면서 베어링을 지지하는 받침대로 구성되고, 원통부의 끝단에 수나사가 형성된 축받이와, 축받이의 원통부를 내재하면서 삽입되는 베어링 및 축받이의 수나사에 나사 결합되는 암나사가 형성된 베어링 고정부를 포함하며, 베어링의 상부에서 축받이와 베어링 고정부가 서로 나사 결합된다. 이에 따라 베어링을 교체 시에 상기 축받이로부터 베어링 고정부를 돌려 나사 분리하면 되므로, 베어링을 용이하게 교체할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 축받이와 베어링 고정부는 나사 결합으로 구동축의 회전에 상관없이 확실하게 고정되기 때문에, 베어링 유닛을 작업대에 견고하게 밀착시켜 칼날이 안정되게 회전할 수 있다.
