PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods for balancing a T-helper cell profile and in particular Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg cell profiles, and related methods and compositions for treating or preventing inflammatory conditions associated with an imbalance of a T-helper cell profile.SOLUTION: Provided herein, are immunomodulating compounds and related methods and compositions that are suitable to balance a T-helper cell profile, and in particular to balance the cell profile of at least one of Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg cells in an individual.
