Rollers comprise a composite frame, spherical disks and bars with springs. Spherical disks are installed with their convex side to lengthwise axis of symmetry of the roller with possibility of changing angle of attack of spherical discs symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of symmetry of roller at the same angle, aperture of which is directed towards movement of bedder planter, and fixation in the specified position. Between the spherical disks on the axis in equal intervals flat discs are installed, the outer contour of which is multifaceted and is sharpened on both sides. On the convex side of each spherical disc there are rigidly mounted C-shaped cultivators, in a shaped section having the shape of an elongated rectangle, and with a smaller side are directed towards the longitudinal symmetry axis of the roller, wherein each C-shaped ripper with its concave side is directed towards spherical disc rotation, and on the periphery of each spherical disc there are shaped recesses in the form of a semicircle and sharpened.
