A pharmaceutical granule whose shape is spherical or spherical like with bulk densityof 0.6-1.3 g/ml and disintegration time of 0.5-5 minutes, which is prepared asfollows: mother granules are filled into fluid bed as bed charge； an active pharmaceuticalingredient is prepared in suspension or solution whose viscosity is adjustedto 6.0-9.8 Mpa.S with viscosity modifier； then it is sprayed as slurry onto thesurface of said mother granules to obtain final granule.
