PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physiological data sensor system capable of being replaced in a simple manner.SOLUTION: The physiological data sensor has a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive material and a surface not provided with the pressure-sensitive adhesive material, a physiological data sensor having the ID tag and sensor attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on the side of its pressure-sensitive adhesive surface and the antenna connected to the physiological data sensor and taken out to the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive through the groove provided to the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the physiological data sensor system in which individual data are stored is provided to the ID tag.
