PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing an aspergillus fermentation extract which high-contains 14-dehydroergosterol (14-DHE) by a method more convenient than conventional ones, and without using organic solvents having high toxicity to organisms.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for producing an aspergillus fermentation extract which high-contains 14-DHE comprising culturing aspergillus producing 14-dehydroergosterol by fermentation, immersing a fermentation product comprising a bacterial cell into an immersion fluid containing ethanol and water, and adding edible fat and oil into the mixture containing the bacterial cell obtained after the immersion step to extract.
