PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant heating apparatus which can apply heat to a target site of a plant with pinpoint accuracy as needed, which has good installation work efficiency, can be reused, and minimizes the financial burden on a user.SOLUTION: A plant heating apparatus 1 is provided with a plurality of heaters 3 and comprises: electric wiring 5 which linearly connects each heater 3; heaters 3 connected in a point-like manner on the electric wiring 5; and a casing 7 hermetically covering the heaters 3 so as to be watertight. The casing 7 comprises a rod-like main body 11 in which a heater is included with a gap therebetween, and a tip part 13 continuous with the main body 11, the tip part being formed into a point-like shape. The casing 7 is a two layer structure comprising an inner layer 8 made of PE and an outer layer 9 made of PVC. The wide side face facing the main body 11 and the tip part 13 of the casing 7 is formed to be flat 14a.
