PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator with clutch mechanism of which the structure is simplified, and which is capable of suppressing production cost and easily attaining downsizing.SOLUTION: The linear actuator with clutch mechanism comprises: a base plate 2 a guide rail 4 laid on the base plate a slider 5 including a support plate part 50b which rises relatively to the base plate and freely movable along the guide rail an output shaft 7 of which one end is coupled to the support plate part 50b of the slider 5 in a freely rotatable manner and which is provided in parallel with the guide rail 4 a screw shaft 6 which is provided in parallel with the guide rail 4 and the output shaft 7 and to which predetermined rotations are given by a motor 3 a clutch plate 8 including a split nut part 80 which is engaged with the screw shaft 6, and fixed to the output shaft 7 and an energization member 56 which rotates the output shaft in a direction where the split nut part and the screw shaft are engaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 構造が簡易で生産コストを抑えることが可能であり、容易に小型化を図ることが可能なクラッチ機構付きリニアアクチュエータを提供する。【解決手段】 ベースプレート2と、前記ベースプレート上に敷設された案内レール4と、前記ベースプレートに対して起立する支持板部50bを有すると共に前記案内レールに沿って移動自在なスライダ5と、一端が前記スライダ5の支持板部50bに対して回転自在に結合すると共に前記案内レール4と平行に設けられた出力シャフト7と、前記案内レール4及び前記出力シャフト7と平行に設けられると共にモータ3によって所定の回転を与えられるねじ軸6と、前記ねじ軸6と噛合う分割ナット部80を有すると共に前記出力シャフト7に固定されたクラッチプレート8と、前記分割ナット部と前記ねじ軸とが噛合う方向へ前記出力シャフトを回転させる付勢部材56と、を備えている。【選択図】 図1
