the present invention is based on the use of a mixture of a producing strain of lipopeptides. the invention describes the structural characterization of the lipopeptides b. mojavensis a21, the study of organic and functional properties and their potential in the solubilization of the diesel engine.the diversity of the lipopeptides produced by strain a2 was studied by two approaches. the first, based on the amplification by primers revealed the presence of fengycin and surfactin synthesis genes.the second approach, which is based on maldi tof ms technology, carried out directly on the cells of strain a2 confirmed the presence of different isoforms of surfactin and fengycin. in fact, this analysis has revealed the presence of homologs of cl3, cl4, and cl5 of surfactin or homologues of c 12, c 1 and c 2 of the pumilacidine.different isoforms of fengycines as a cl5 fengycin, c16 \/ b , and c 7 \/ b \/ b and cl8 c16 were also highlighted. the production of the lipopeptides was confirmed by culture of the strain on the families on different analysis by hplc. the strain produces a mixture of lipopeptides containing 254,39 mg \/ l of fengycin and surfactin 89,13 mg \/ l).in the context of the patent and the antimicrobial activity of a21 antioxidante lipopeptides were investigated. the lipopeptides a2 with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity against gram positive and gram negative) as well as a potential antifungal agent \u00e9ressant.in addition, they have high antioxidant activity, measured by the in vitro inhibition of free radical dpph test, the test of the b carotene bleaching assay and the inhibition of lipid peroxidation. it was also shown that the lipopeptides a21 have an excellent emulsifying power with respect to several pairs of immiscible liquids (water \/ oil).in addition, the lipopeptides are stable under extreme conditions of temperature and ph. interestingly, it has been shown that due to the interfacial properties, the lipopeptides a21 have comparable
