The present invention relates to a method for preventing a dry eye syndrome by using a camera, which, more specifically, uses a camera to induce blinking of a user&primes eyes unless the user blinks eyes even if a given time has elapsed by sensing and determining the user&primes eye blinking with the use of the camera connected to or mounted on a computer, a laptop, a smart phone, an i-pad, an electronic instrument.
