The present invention relates to a method for preparing cup-shaped cookies coated with chocolate therein. The cup-shaped cookies prepared according to the present invention serve to accommodate and protect a beverage and thus prevent the cup shape from being collapsed during the drinking of the beverage. Also, when being eaten together with a beverage, a portion of the coated chocolate is dissolved into the beverage and thus simultaneously gives the unique taste of the beverage and the taste of the chocolate. The method for preparing cup-shaped cookies comprises: a step of closely attaching a dough material for preparing the cookies at a predetermined thickness to an inner surface of a first support body having an opened upper portion； a step of inserting a second support body into the opened upper portion of the first support body so that the dough material closely attached to the inner surface of the first support body is supported by a predetermined depth from the upper portion； a first molding step of heating and then cooling the first support body in a state in which the second support body is inserted and the dough material is closely attached to the inner surface and then cooling the heated first support body； a step of removing the second support body from the cooled first support body； a second molding step of re-heating and then cooling the first support body； and a step of separating the molded cookie from the first support body.본 발명은 내부에 초콜릿이 코팅되어 있는 용기형상의 쿠키 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명으로 제조된 용기 형상의 쿠키는 음료를 수용 보호하는 기능을 하여 음료를 섭취하는 동안 컵 형태가 붕괴되지 않는 효과가 있다.또한 음료와 함께 섭취하였을 때 코팅된 초콜릿의 일부가 음료에 녹기 때문에 음료 고유의 맛과 초콜릿의 맛을 동시에 느낄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
