PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or reduce a symptom due to the spinal strain concerning a mat for lying on ones back capable of supporting a users spinal column lying on ones back in a preferred state.SOLUTION: A mat 1A with a pillow is provided by continuously arranging a pillow 4A to place a users head and cervical part in the head end of a mat 3A for a body part to place at least a lower body part from the back of a user lying on ones back. In the pillow 4A, air bags 40a, 40b connected to an air control box 6A with a tube 7 to enable expansion/shrinkage operation are internally installed at least in a position to place the head and the position to place the cervical part. A remote control 15A connected to the air control box 6A is operated and the height of the air bags 40a, 40b for the head and the cervical part is changed, respectively. Thereby, the head and the cervical part can be adjusted to a desired height/angle according to the spinal height/angle of the body part upper edge side of the user lying on ones back.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】仰臥用のマットについて、仰臥した使用者の脊柱を好ましい状態で支持可能なものとして、脊柱の歪みに起因する症状を予防又は軽減できるようにする。【解決手段】仰臥した使用者の少なくとも背中から下の胴部を載せる胴部用マット3Aの頭側端部に、使用者の頭部及び頸部を載せるピロー4Aを連設してなるピロー付マット1Aであって、そのピロー4Aが、少なくとも頭部を載せる位置と頸部を載せる位置に、エアーコントロールボックス6Aにチューブ7で接続されて膨張・収縮動作が可能なエアーバッグ40a,40bが各々内装されており、エアーコントロールボックス6Aに接続したリモコン15Aを操作して頭部用及び頸部用のエアーバッグ40a,40bの高さを各々変更することにより、仰臥した使用者の胴部上端側の脊柱の高さ・角度に応じてその頭部及び頸部を所望する高さ・角度に調整することが可能とされているものとした。【選択図】図1
