PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further increase the safety of an examinee by helping the medical treatment staff being able to forecast more quickly and securely the danger of his fall down from his bed.SOLUTION: A medical diagnostic device includes a domed inspection unit and a bed having a top plate to carry an examinee. This device, where an examinee is inspected by the inspection unit and the top plate moving relatively to each other, is provided with a means for determining the condition of the examinee and another means for notifying the condition to the medical staff. The determining means detects the position of the examinee body to the inspection unit or the top plate, and based on the information of his position detected, determines whether the examinee is in the danger of falling from the top plate.
