PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflammation preventive agent derived from natural products that is safe even if taking over a long period of time.SOLUTION: The invention provides two or more kinds of alkyl-resorcinols (AR), which are contained as an active ingredient in a peak component in the partition chromatography of Gramineae seed extract extracted with alcohol, and are expressed by formula (I).
