PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire forming tool capable of easily making a tip end part of a guide wire into a different shape.SOLUTION: A guide wire forming tool 10 is so constructed that a plurality of parts (first part 50a, second part 50b, third part 50c) having different positions in circumferential direction and different sectional shapes in axis direction of a cylindrical body 30 are arranged at an end part of the cylindrical body 30 having an inner cavity 32 into which a tip end part of a guide wire is inserted.
