PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation for manufacturing medicament for preventing or treating pathologically increased bone resorption disorder, especially for preventing or treating osteoporosis, comprising bisphosphonic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, capable of suppressing side effect to digestive tract due to continuous oral administration, and capable of being orally-administered on consecutive days, and to provide an administration method thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a film coated tablet whose tablet core comprises 50-200 mg of bisphosphonic acid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients selected from the group consisting of lactose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, stearic acid, and silicon dioxide, and the tablet core comprises one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, talc, and polyethylene glycol 6000.
