PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an oriented elastin fiber bundle for use in the production of ligament tissue outside a living body, and a method for tissue culture thereof.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing fore-crucial ligament tissue having a bone bonding region using the elastin fiber bundle includes electrostatic spinning technique for water soluble elastin forming respective fibers in the same direction and dynamic cell culture technique.
