PURPOSE: A fish cake skewer holder is provided to remove the concern of poking a mouth with a sharp skewer, and to prevent the part of penetrated by a skewer from being overcooked. CONSTITUTION: A fish cake skewer holder(1) comprises a straight holder(3) and a plurality of rings(2). The ring rolls a fish cake(14) round to be inserted into rings from the upper and lower directions. A holder joint is protruded rearward at the back side of the ring. The stick holder has the lower part combined with the back sides of a plurality of rings. A plurality of rings are installed with a space in the direction of upward and downward on the lower part of the stick holder, and are connected with rings by the lower part of the stick holder passing through the holder joint of a ring from top to bottom or by insert molding. The stick holder has the lower part with upper and lower rings installed with space to the upper and lower direction.본 발명은 어묵꼬지대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 종래의 어묵꼬지대와는 개념자체가 다르게 1자막대형 꼬지대의 하방에 수개(2∼3개)의 링을 상하방향으로 간격을 두고 설치하여 어묵꼬지대를 구성하고, 그 상하부측 링의 내측으로 직사각판형으로 형성된 판형어묵을 둥글게 말아 끼울 수 있도록 함으로서, 종래에 판형어묵을 폭방향으로 3∼4회 접은 뒤에, 그렇게 밴드형으로 접혀진 판형어묵을 지그재그 형태로 다시 접은 다음에 1자형 꼬챙이로서 관통되게 꿰어서 꼬지어묵을 형성할 때 보다 판형어묵을 끼우는 시간을 대폭 단축시킬 수 있게 함과 아울러, 종래의 꼬챙이와는 달리 끝이 뾰족하지 아니하여 찔림사고를 예방하고, 종래의 대나무 꼬챙이의 비위생적인 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.본 발명은 직사각 판형으로 형성된 어묵(14)을 어묵꼬지대(1)에 끼워서 꼬지어묵을 형성하는 것에 있어서, 상기 어묵꼬지대(1)는 어묵(14)을 둥글게 말아서 상하방향으로 끼울 수 있는 수개의 링(2)과, 상기 수개의 링(2)의 후방과 하부가 결합 설치되는 1자막대형태의 꼬지대(3)로 이루어지며, 상기 꼬지대(3)의 하부에 결합 설치되는 상하부측 링(2)이 상하방향으로 간격을 두고 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
