The present invention provides a manufacturing method of an amino acid fertilizer and a dried protein feed using blood of a slaughtered animal. According to the present invention, collected blood of a slaughtered animal is pretreated with ultrasonic waves and is decomposed by enzymes then the blood is processed by solid-liquid separation to be the amino acid fertilizer and the dried protein feed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method includes the steps of: pretreating the collected blood of a slaughtered animal with ultrasonic waves decomposing the blood degraded in the earlier step by adding a fermenting agent for enzymatic decomposition to the blood and separating solid and liquid from the blood of slaughtered animal processed by the decomposition step.본 발명은 수거된 도축 혈액을 초음파 전처리 및 효소분해한 후, 고액분리에 의해 아미노산 액비와 단백질 건조사료를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 수거된 도축 혈액을 초음파 처리하여 분해하는 전처리 단계 상기 전처리 단계에서 분해된 도축 혈액에 단백질 분해효소를 투입하는 효소분해 단계 및 상기 효소분해 단계를 거친 도축 혈액을 고액분리하는 고액분리 단계를 포함하는 도축 혈액을 이용한 아미노산 액비와 단백질 건조사료의 제조방법이 제공된다.
