PURPOSE: A diagnostic image producing method, an apparatus for performing the method, and a medical image system are provided to produce the ultrasonic image accurately even when the temperature of the subject is not uniform, by using an echo signal which is reflected from the subject.CONSTITUTION: A transducer(110) transmits a transmission signal to a first direction toward a subject, and receives an echo signal which is reflected from the subject. A RF frame acquisition unit(120) obtains more than two RF frames which include a first RF frame and a second RF frame, from the echo signal. A displacement estimation unit(130) estimates a second direction displacement which shows the extent moved from the second RF frame to a second direction. An image producing unit(140) produces the ultrasonic image which corresponds to the second RF frame.
