PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric which has a hardly fluffed surface side and an excellent bulkiness recovery when subjected to post processing for a bulkiness recovery such as a hot air blowing.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric 10 having thermally expansile fibers which elongate by heat includes a plurality of convex parts 19 and concave parts 18 on one side thereof. In the thermally expansile fibers constituting the convex parts 19, their thermal elongation rates of upper parts 19a of convex parts 19 are higher than those of lower parts 19b thereof. At a temperature that is 20 degrees higher than the melting point of a resin constituting the thermally expansile fibers in the upper parts 19a of the convex parts 19, the thermal elongation rates of the fibers in the upper parts 19a of convex parts 19 are preferably 0.5% or more and less than 50%, and the thermal elongation rates of the fibers in lower parts 19b of convex parts 19 are preferably -50% or more and less than 0.5%.
