A low-water bed supplies water with a feed pump. Several maintaining holes are formed in advance at a side of indoor of window frame, or a neighboring side of glass holder. A holder frame consisted of several maintaining holes is assembled to the side of indoor of window frame, or a neighboring side of glass holder. A vertical member which is consisted of several maintaining holes assembles with holder material and transverse material. A culture frame comprises a pipe of circular form or angular form which porthole is formed or a container which is opened. At the bottom surface or one side of a multi layer water culture machine equips with more than one drain. At the up side of a multi layer water culture machine or one side of a culture frame equips with solar cell.
