PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an x-ray imaging apparatus that can photograph a subject to allow the subject to have a more natural posture and feel comfortable.SOLUTION: The x-ray imaging apparatus 10 includes: an imaging stand 22 in which a three-dimensional breast of the subject contacts with an imaging surface 20 and a handle 40 disposed more above the imaging surface 20 in CC imaging. A grip 42 of the handle 40 inclines so as to be gradually closer to a breast contact part 30 as it is closer to the imaging surface 20.
