PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent displacement of a breast during imaging by arranging a slip reducing portion on the side of the breast bottom of a surface opposed to an imaging surface.SOLUTION: The slip reducing portion 60 is formed on the surface 52A opposed to the imaging surface in a compression paddle 50. The slip reducing portion 60 is formed on one end side adjacent to a chest wall portion 54 of the surface 52A opposed to the imaging surface.
