PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin image generation system for analysis capable of obtaining the image data in which at least texture is mainly photographed and the image data in which stain is mainly photographed, from the image data acquired by a single photographing with one kind of illumination.SOLUTION: A skin illuminated with a white LED12 is photographed with a camera 2 attached with a conversion lens 11. Image data is obtained such as a difference between the image data of red component and the image data of blue component, in the image data obtained by photographing. At that time, brightness levels are matched each other between the blue component and the red component and further, magnitudes of amplitude of waveform are matched each other, before obtaining a difference. The blue component contains texture image and stain image of a skin surface, and the red component mainly contains texture image of the skin surface. Therefore, the image data of the difference contains mainly the image of stain. The image data of the difference is used for analyzing stain.
