PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of evaluating of skin property in a non-contact manner with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A skin property evaluation system according to an embodiment includes a spray part, a tomographic data acquisition part, and an information generating part. The spray part is formed so that gas is sprayed on a subject's skin surface. The tomographic data acquisition part is formed so that tomographic data of the skin in a state where the gas is sprayed by the spray part is acquired by using optical coherence tomography.
