PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an external preparation for skin retaining stability of the preparation with time and having excellent feelings upon use.SOLUTION: The external preparation for skin improved in stability of the preparation with time and having excellent feelings upon use is obtained by formulating one or more readily oxidizable substances selected from a group consisting of retinol or its derivative, thioctic acid and ubidecarenone with a fat-soluble antioxidant, a water-soluble antioxidant, an unsaturated fatty acid and an acrylic thickener.
