PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional technology in which a sticking prevention member is provided in the front part of a threshing chamber, and therefore a threshing load is large at the threshing beginning, particularly when threshing wet crops, it becomes a factor for causing a trouble of clogging, etc.SOLUTION: A threshing device 1 of the present invention is configured such that a sticking prevention member (15) formed of a cut-out groove (14) with the threshing teeth (5) passing therethrough is provided over a rear side from a substantially intermediate part of a threshing chamber (3) for internally pivotally installing a threshing cylinder (4), and the sticking grains mixed in the grain culm are threshed out when the rotating threshing teeth (5) pass through the cut-out groove (14). As a result of this arrangement, the above defects are solved to reduce a threshing load, and thereby the working efficiency is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来技術によると、ささり防止部材が扱室の前部にまで設けられているため、扱ぎ始め時の脱穀負荷が大きく、特に湿った作物を脱穀する場合には、詰りなどのトラブルが発生する要因となっていた。【解決手段】本発明の脱穀装置1は、扱胴(4)を内装軸架する扱室(3)の略中間部位から後部側にわたり扱歯(5)の通過する切欠溝(14)が形成されたささり防止部材(15)を設け、回転する扱歯(5)が切欠溝(14)を通過する時、穀稈中に混入するささり粒を扱き落すべく構成する。この構成により、前述の欠陥を解消し、脱穀負荷を軽減して、作業能率の向上を図る。【選択図】図3
