The present invention provides a fishing lamp having a light emitting part in vertical and horizontal directions in order to more effectively induce fishes and gather and catch the fish due to light being applied vertically and horizontally by forming the light emitting part into a first light emitting part which allows the light to be applied vertically and a second light emitting part which allows the light to be applied horizontally. According to the present invention, the fishing lamp having the light emitting part in vertical and horizontal directions comprises the light emitting part to which a lower base and an upper cover are coupled, and which receives power from a battery inside to apply the light. The light emitting part comprises the first light emitting part to apply the light vertically； and the second light emitting part placed above the first light emitting part to apply the light horizontally.본 발명은 조사부를 빛이 수직 방향으로 조사하도록 하는 제1조사부와 빛이 수평 방향으로 조사하도록 하는 제2조사부로 구성함으로써 수직 방향과 수평 방향으로 빛을 조사하기 때문에 어류를 보다 효과적으로 유도하고, 집결시켜 어획하기 위한 수직 및 수평 방향의 조사부를 갖는 집어등을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 수직 및 수평 방향의 조사부를 갖는 집어등은 하부 베이스와 상부 커버가 결합되고, 내부에 배터리로부터 전원을 인가받아 빛을 조사하기 위한 조사부를 포함하되； 상기 조사부는 수직 방향으로 빛을 조사하기 위한 제1조사부와； 상기 제1조사부의 상측에 위치되어 측면으로 빛을 조사하기 위한 제2조사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
