PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish-gathering light device capable of lighting for a long period of time safely and continuously, and also a fishing tool and method which enables the capturing of fishes in a good efficiency based on the light-gathering property of the fishes at night by using the fish-gathering light device.SOLUTION: This fish-gathering light device 8 is equipped with fish-gathering lights 11 and an electric power source part 9 for supplying the electric power to the fish-gathering lights 11.
