PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine cart holding device that firmly performs positioning and temporary fixation of a medicine cart.SOLUTION: A cart clamping mechanism 30 of medicine cart holding devices 30-42 comprises a fixing part 31 of a carrier transfer mechanism 22 side, a movable part 33 for holding of a medicine cart holding side, and drive units 34-34c for reciprocating a clamping portion 33a of a clamping movable part 33 toward a clamping region 31b of the fixing part 31. The medicine cart holding device is configured such that the clamping portion 33a of the clamping movable part 33 is separated from the clamping portion 31b of the fixing part 31 and comes off from an entrance and exit path of a clamped part 11 of a medicine cart 10 when the clamping movable part 33 is retreated, and the clamping movable part 33 moves forward the clamped part 11 of the medicine cart 10 to the place where the clamped part 11 of the medicine cart 10 is clamped by the fixing part 31 and the clamping movable part 33 when the clamping movable part 33 is made to advance after bringing the clamped part 11 of the medicine cart 10 closely to the clamping portion 31b of the fixing part 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】薬品カートの位置決め及び一時固定をしっかり行う薬品カート保持装置を実現。【解決手段】薬品カート保持装置30~42のカート挟持機構30は、搬器移載機構22側の固定部31と、薬品カート保持側の挟持用可動部33と、挟持用可動部33の挟持部分33aを固定部31の挟持部位31bに向けて進退させる駆動部34~34cとを具備したものであって、挟持用可動部33を後退させると挟持用可動部33の挟持部分33aが固定部31の挟持部位31bから離隔するとともに薬品カート10の被挟持部11の出入経路から外れるようになっており、薬品カート10の被挟持部11を固定部31の挟持部位31bに近づけてから、挟持用可動部33を前進させると、固定部31と挟持用可動部33とによって薬品カート10の被挟持部11が挟持されるところまで、挟持用可動部33が薬品カート10の被挟持部11を押し進めるようになっている。【選択図】 図1
