The present invention relates to a rise-preventing pillar for a seaweed and fish cage farm which includes: a pole with a hollow hole on the inside； a pair of wings located on the lower side of the pole while facing each other, with both ends connected to each other with a hinge； a long hole formed on the lower side of the pole； a life pin elevating along the long hole by being inserted into the long hole； and a connection member connecting the life pin and the wings. The life pin pulls the connection member and spreads the wings inside soil of the sea bottom when force applied to the pole is active on the sea surface by ocean currents, wind and waves, and levitation force of the pole, for preventing the pole from being separated from the soil.본 발명은 해조류 및 가두리 양식장용 부상 방지 지주에 관한 것으로, 내측에 중공 홀이 형성된 장대와, 상기 장대의 하단에 위치하며 마주하는 양 끝단이 힌지 체결되는 한 쌍의 날개와, 상기 장대의 하부에 형성되는 장공과, 상기 장공에 개재된 상태로 장공을 따라 승강하는 리프트 핀 및 상기 리프트 핀과 한 쌍의 날개를 연결하는 연결 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가두리 또는 해조류 양식장용 지주가 개시된다. 이로부터, 해류, 풍랑 및 장대의 부상력에 의해 장대에 가해지는 힘이 해수면으로 작용하게 될 때 리프트 핀이 연결 부재를 잡아당겨 날개를 해저의 토양 속에서 펼쳐지도록 함으로써, 장대가 해저의 토양에서 빠지는 것을 방지하게 된다.
