PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent pharmaceutical preparation ingestible without water which is a solid pharmaceutical preparation containing specific pharmaceutically active ingredients which cause disintegration delay, does not use a special production method, is quickly disintegrated or crunched in an oral cavity, and does not cause tabletting problem.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical preparation ingestible without water contains specific pharmaceutically active ingredients which cause disintegration delay, mannitol, sweetener with high degree of sweetness having the degree of sweetness at 200 or higher, menthol and silicon dioxide.
