The present invention relates to a handle device for a heating/cooling pack. According to the present invention, a handle device for installing a heating/cooling pack thereon comprises: a fixing part attached to be fixed to both ends of a package of the heating/cooling pack； and a handle part connected to both the fixing parts and formed to be held by a hand. The fixing part comprises first and second plates coming in contact with and supported to upper and lower surfaces of the package of the heating/cooling pack, respectively, and a pin and a hole are formed in the first and second plates, respectively, to be inserted and coupled to each other. Accordingly, the handle device can detachably couple the heating/cooling pack thereto and includes the handle to facilitate holding so as to prevent heat from being transferred to the hand, thereby providing an effect of preventing burn or frostbite.
