The high-frequency suction handpiece comprises: a main body having a tubular shape and a joint installation groove on the circumference, wherein the joint installation groove is connected to the inside of the main body; a contact head electrically connected to the skin by being installed in front of the main body to be exposed and including a first connection pipe having a suction port; a suction pipe comprising the first pipe and second pipe; and a filter exposed to the outside by being inserted into the joint installation groove to be inserted and detached and connecting the first pipe and second pipe, wherein the filter is configured to filter foreign substances and waste flowing into the first connection pipe and first pipe. One end of the first pipe is inserted into the first connection pipe, and the inside of the first pipe is connected to the inside of the first connection pipe. The other end of the first pipe is exposed to the outside through the joint installation groove. One end of the second pipe is exposed to the outside through the joint installation groove, and the other end is exposed to the rear of the main body. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the high-frequency suction handpiece discharges the waste in the skin to the outside and decomposes subcutaneous fat in the skin by electrically stimulating a human body (such as on the abdomen). The high-frequency suction handpiece also prevents mechanical failures (such as blockage of the suction pipe) by removing the suctioned waste and foreign substances, by suctioning the discharged waste and foreign substances which were applied on the skin surface (such as massage oil and massage cream).
