The present invention relates to an injectable preparation comprising particles or fibrils with length less than 10 µm and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle or excipient. The particles or fibrils comprise proteins or peptides inducing adhesion and activation of the platelets, or even aggregation thereof. The preparation is useful for treating haemorrhages.
