PURPOSE: A producing method of an ion beverage using deep sea water and tree sap is provided to produce the ion beverage without adding artificial minerals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an ion beverage using deep sea water and tree sap comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of purified water by weight, 1~15parts of desalinized deep sea water by weight, 1~15parts of sterilized sap by weight, and 0.05~10parts of additive by weight adding 0.01~0.1parts of acid by weight to the mixture for adjusting the pH and sterilizing the mixture at 55~65deg C for 20~40minutes.본 발명은 해양심층수와 수액을 이용한 이온음료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 정제수에 탈염 처리된 해양심층수 살균처리된 수액 첨가물을 넣고 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻는 단계 상기 혼합물에 산(acid)을 첨가하여 pH를 조절한 다음 살균하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해양심층수와 수액을 이용한 이온음료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
