PURPOSE: An apparatus for sorting and outputting paprika is provided to minimize damage in case of outputting agricultural products and to maintain high marketability. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sorting and outputting paprika comprises: a main conveying portion(81) which moves a subject to a first direction； at least deviating means(85) which is placed at one side of the main conveying portion and moving the subject to a second direction； and a shock absorbing means(100) which reduces moving speed and shock of the subject and refracts moving direction of the subject.농산물이 배출될 때의 충격을 최소화하여 높은 상품성을 유지할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 본 발명은 (i) 선별 대상물을 제1 방향으로 진행시키는 메인 이송부, (ii) 상기 제1 방향과 직교하는 제2 방향으로의 상기 메인 이송부의 어느 일 측에 배치되며, 상기 메인 이송부에 놓인 선별 대상물을 제2 방향으로 편향시키는 적어도 하나의 편향 수단(means for deviating), (iii) 상기 메인 이송부를 사이에 두고 상기 적어도 하나의 편향 수단과 마주 보도록 배치되며, 편향된 선별 대상물의 이송 속도 및 충격력을 감소시키고, 상기 선별 대상물의 진행 방향을 대략적으로 상기 제1 방향 및 제2 방향과 직교하는 제3 방향으로 굴절시키는 충격 완화 수단을 포함하는 파프리카 선별기용 선별 배출 장치 및 이를 구비하는 파프리카 선별기를 제공한다.
