The present invention provides a device useful for continuous production of boond and other traditional deep fat fried products , characterized in that it consists of a solenoid (1), which is coupled to the one end of a vertical rod (2) through a pin (3), the other end of the vertical rod (2) is being connected to a sieve (4) , meant for forming boond or any traditional fried product , through a split pin (5), one end of the sieve is attached to the main frame (6) through a hinge (7), a batter container (10) with a control valve (11) being placed above the sieve (4), the batter container (10) is mounted on the main frame (6) through a hole in the main frame , the main frame (6) slides inside a bush (8) , a stationary rod ( 14 ) being welded to the main frame (6) below the sieve ( 4) , the said device also provided with a timer (9) which is used for varying the ON/OFF time of magnetization of the solenoid (1) which gives impact to the sieve (4) against the stationary rod (14) , the frequency of impact is controlled by varying the time period of the timer ( 9) , a toggle switch (12) and the timer (9) are housed inside a panel board (13) and the panel board is fastened to the main frame (6).[IN-DEL-2008-00656A]
