PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil for enhancing the taste of water-soluble taste components in an oil-containing food, particularly enhancing the salty taste of sodium chloride and an oil-containing food with use of the oil.SOLUTION: The oil-containing food contains a deodorized rapeseed oil having a Y+10R value of 20 or more measured by a Lovibond colorimeter. Preferably the rapeseed oil is deodorized at a temperature lower than 200°C. Preferably the oil-containing food contains sodium chloride.
