PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod to which a line guide is surely fixed and which smoothly deforms even when minute binding moment is acted and uniformly restores the deformation.SOLUTION: The fishing rod 10 includes a main fishing rod unit 11 comprising a glass fiber reinforced resin. The main fishing rod unit 11 is formed in a belt-like shape so as to be gradually thinner from the base end part 14 toward the tip part 15. Through holes 13 are made in the main fishing rod unit 11. Intermediate guides 16-20 are inserted to pass through the through holes 13 and fixed with a nylon yarn 24 and an adhesive. Attaching legs 23 of the intermediate guides 16-20 have a pair of parts 34 to be fixed.
