It is difunctional with economic benefits and social benefits nanometer target set group method using this combined type: (1) from C bottles of taking-up 188ReO4- (or 186ReO4-) solution, (2) 188ReO4- (or 186ReO4-) solution is injected A bottles and reacted at a proper temperature, (3) remove 188Re-BMEDA (or 186Re-BMEDA) solution from A bottles. (4) 188Re-BMEDA or 186Re-BMEDA solution is injected B bottles, and by heating reaction, the difunctional micro- rouge body drug with economic benefits and social benefits nanometer target angiographic diagnosis and radiotherapy and chemotherapy of combined type is then obtained, can be used as angiographic diagnosis and treats the application of tumour or malignant tumour ascites.本發明是由放射藥物與化學治療藥物組合而成雙功能與雙效奈米標靶套組(kit),此套組包括三個部份:(1)A瓶-其配方成分包括BMEDA、gluconate acetate、SnCl2等。(2)B瓶-其配方成分包括DSPC、cholesterol、DSPE-PEG、Doxorubicin(DXR)或Daunorubicin或Vinolbine等。(3)C瓶-188ReO4-(或186ReO4-)溶液。使用此組合式雙功能與雙效奈米標靶套組方法:(1)從C瓶取出188ReO4-(或186ReO4-)溶液,(2)將188ReO4-(或186ReO4-)溶液注入A瓶並在適當的溫度下反應,(3)從A瓶中移出188Re-BMEDA(或186Re-BMEDA)溶液。(4)將188Re-BMEDA或186Re-BMEDA溶液注入B瓶,並經過加熱反應,則得到組合式雙功能與雙效奈米標靶造影診斷與放射治療及化學治療之微脂體藥物,可做為造影診斷與治療腫瘤或惡性腫瘤腹水之應用。
