The present invention relates to a method for completely extracting chlorophyll from natural materials without change in structures and contents of effective component, and isolating and removing the same. The natural extract having chlorophyll isolated and removed by the method according to the present invention can be used for liquid raw materials and powder materials so the raw materials can be used and manufactured in various concentrations, and can improve effects of effective components, thereby being useful in such as a raw material industry of natural cosmetics, a beverage industry using natural materials, and a bioenergy industry. The method comprises the steps of: crushing natural materials； soaking the crushed materials in an alcohol and floral water-mixed solvent, and heating or leaving the same； filtering and concentrating the obtained solution； adding the alcohol and floral water-mixed solvent, and stirring the solution； centrifuging the solution, and removing an infranatant； adding the alcohol and floral water-mixed solvent to the supernatant, concentrating and centrifuging the solution, and removing a supernatant； and obtaining an infranatant.본 발명은 천연추출물에서 엽록소를 유용 성분의 구조나 함량의 변화 없이 온전히 추출하여 분리 및 제거하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 방법에 따라 엽록소가 분리 및 제거된 천연추출물은 액상원료나 파우더 원료로 이용할 수 있어 여러 농도로 원료를 제조 및 사용할 수 있고, 유효성분의 효능 및 효과를 향상시킬 수 있어 천연화장품의 원료산업, 천연물을 활용한 음료산업, 바이오에너지산업 등에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
