The artificial lens according to claim 1, wherein the first surface structure comprises a first surface roughness and the second surface structure comprises a second surface roughness larger than the first surface roughness. The artificial lens of claim 2, wherein the second surface roughness is at least two times greater than the first surface roughness. The artificial lens of claim 1, wherein the first surface structure comprises a first surface relief and the second surface structure comprises a second surface relief different from the first surface relief. A method of manufacturing an artificial lens, comprising the steps of: creating an optical matrix, while creating an optical zone having a first surface structure corresponding to the optical zone in the artificial lens;1.
