The present invention relates to a Pickering emulsion composition with enhanced storage stability. More specifically, the present invention relates to a Pickering emulsion composition containing cyclodextrin (CD) and ester oil having iso-forms at both terminal ends, intended to produce Pickering emulsion which is stabilized by a cluster of deposits formed by a host-guest reaction between specific ester oil and CD. According to the present invention, the CD-based Pickering emulsion composition is safe to skin since an emulsifier is not used therein, and increases storage stability for the Pickering emulsion formulation through conversion in oil compositions.본 발명은 보관 안정성이 향상된 피커링 에멀젼 제형의 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 사이클로덱스트린과 특정 에스터 오일간 주객(host-guest) 작용으로 형성된 포집의 결집체로 안정화된 피커링 에멀전을 제조하는 조성물로, 양쪽 말단이 이소 형태인 에스터 오일과 CD를 포함하는 피커링 에멀전 조성물에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 CD를 기반으로 한 피커링 에멀젼 조성물은 유화제를 사용하지 않아 피부에 대한 안전성이 좋으며, 오일 조성의 변화를 통해 피커링 에멀전 제형의 보관 안정성을 높일 수 있다.
