PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand or foot care article that has a mechanism of using the care article, with pharmaceutical effect maintained for a fixed period, even after a package is opened, and also has functions of closing the opening by squeezing, or tying up the opening or fitting the opening with a ring by using an own string.SOLUTION: The form of one bag of the care article is a shape of enclosing from the fingers/toes of the hand or the foot to the wrist, ankle or an arbitrary part. The composition of the one bag is a lamination in the order of a resin film, a nonwoven fabric sheet made up of chemical fibers only, and again, a nonwoven fabric sheet made up of chemical fibers only and a resin film. Simultaneously, both nonwoven fabric sheets composed of chemical fibers only are impregnated with a medicine, with the periphery of the enclosing bag joined with a thermocompression seal or the like.
