The implant (1) comprises a body (2) which has, opposite to each other along a proximal-distal axis (ZZ), proximal (4) and distal (6) faces intended to be turned respectively to the metatarsal (M) and to the phalanx (P) of a metatarsophalangeal joint, or to the metacarpal and to the phalanx of a metacarpophalangeal joint. The body delimits, on its proximal face, a concave surface (41) of articulation with the metatarsal or the metacarpal. In order to make this implant more stable while respecting the anatomy of the joint, the body delimits, on its distal face, a dynamic cooperation surface (62) with the phalanx, which extends all around of the proximal-distal axis, which has, in section perpendicular to the proximal-distal axis, a curved contour continuously curved, and which has, in axial section, a concave profile.L'implant (1) comporte un corps (2) qui présente, à l'opposé l'une de l'autre suivant un axe proximo-distal (Z-Z), des faces proximale (4) et distale (6) destinées à être tournées respectivement soit vers le métatarsien (M) et vers la phalange (P) d'une articulation métatarso-phalangienne, soit vers le métacarpien et vers la phalange d'une articulation métacarpo-phalangienne. Le corps délimite, sur sa face proximale, une surface concave (41) d'articulation avec le métatarsien ou le métacarpien. Afin de rendre plus stable en position cet implant, tout en respectant au mieux l'anatomie de l'articulation, le corps délimite, sur sa face distale, une surface (62) de coopération dynamique avec la phalange, qui s'étend tout autour de l'axe proximo-distal, qui présente, en coupe perpendiculaire à l'axe proximo-distal, un contour fermé continûment incurvé, et qui présente, en coupe axiale, un profil concave.
