The implant has a body (2) for distal and dorsal resurfacing of head (MT) of a metatarsal (M). The body defines a convex surface (41) on a main face (4) articulated against a phalanx (P) associated with the metatarsal, where the surface is made of ceramic i.e. pyrolytic carbon. The body defines a concave surface (61) on an opposite main face i.e. posterior face (6) fixed to the metatarsal. Projecting elements (63, 64) project from the concave surface for immobilizing the body on the head. The elements are distributed in a same sagittal plane of the body in a distinct manner.Linvention vise à proposer un implant dhémi-arthroplastie métatarsien (1) qui, tout en étant facile à implanter, soit performant en service. Limplant selon linvention comporte un corps (2) de resurfaçage distal et dorsal de la tête articulaire (MT) dun métatarsien (M), lequel corps délimite :- sur sa face (4) destinée à sarticuler contre la phalange (P) associée au métatarsien, une surface convexe (41) qui est réalisée en céramique, notamment en pyrocarbone, et- sur sa face (6) destinée à se fixer au métatarsien, une surface concave (61) depuis laquelle sétendent en saillie au moins deux éléments (63, 64) dimmobilisation du corps sur la tête du métatarsien.
