PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid control method flow rate control valve capable of a precise control of a flow rate.SOLUTION: A flow rate control valve 100A comprises: a bobbin 120 around which a solenoid coil 121 is wound； a plunger 140 slidably inserted in the bobbin 120； a core 130 in which an outflow port 132 where a fluid flows out is provided； a spring 160 which energizes the plunger 140 into a direction separating from the core 130； and a valve body 150A attached to the plunger 140 so as to be arranged opposing to the outflow port 132. The valve body 150A is arranged in a first position separated from the outflow port 132 during non-operation time. The plunger 140 is drawn to the core 130 side while resisting the energizing force of the spring 160 during operation, and it does not contact the core 130 in a state where the valve body 150A is in a second position closing the outflow port 132.【課題】精緻な流量の制御が可能なソレノイド制御方式の流量制御弁を提供する。【解決手段】流量制御弁１００Ａは、ソレノイドコイル１２１が巻回されたボビン１２０と、ボビン１２０に摺動可能に内挿されたプランジャ１４０と、流体が流出する流出口１３２が設けられたコア１３０と、プランジャ１４０をコア１３０から遠ざける方向に付勢するスプリング１６０と、流出口１３２に対向配置されるようにプランジャ１４０に組付けられた弁体１５０Ａとを備える。弁体１５０Ａは、非作動時において流出口１３２から離れた第１の位置に配置される。プランジャ１４０は、作動時においてスプリング１６０の付勢力に抗してコア１３０側に引き寄せられ、弁体１５０Ａが流出口１３２を閉塞する第２の位置にある状態においてコア１３０に対して非接触である。【選択図】図３
